| Making a Reservation | |
| To make a reservation on any of our rides we require the information on the form below. Please be honest when assessing your height, weight, and riding ability. The horses really appreciate it! | |
| On our 6 to 12 day trips we take a minimum of 5 riders. |
| Payments | |
| All prices are in New Zealand
Dollars and include GST (Goods & Services Tax). A deposit of 25% is required with all bookings. The balance is payable 30 days prior to commencement of trip. Payments can be made by personal or bank cheques, Visa, Mastercard, even cash! |
| Cancellation and Insurance | |
| Cancellation notice is required 60 days prior to departure of trip. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of departure there is a cancellation fee of 80% of your prepaid deposit or your deposit may be transferred to another Alpine Horse Safari or equal or greater value, given that the trip is taken in the same season. If you cancel within 30 days of departure and you do not wish to transfer as aforementioned, your deposit is fully forfeited. No refunds will be given on any safari that is in progress. Alpine Horse Safaris reserve the right to alter the itinerary should it be deemed necessary and to postpone or cancel any trip, anywhere, anytime. Riders should not assume that they are covered by any insurance policy held by Alpine Horse Safaris, therefore we recommend you take out TRAVEL, ACCIDENT, and CANCELLATION INSURANCE. |
